Bill and Mitch have been outstanding to work with. I received a fair deal. The process of receiving my new wheel set and returning mine was made very easy. The credit for my equipment was easy and fast. The wheel set received was beautiful and was easily installed. That was until I drove the vehicle. The wheels were out of balance and the TPMS system didn’t work. I took the truck to my local tire shop. They re-balanced the wheels fine but couldn’t get TPMS to work. The sensors were pulled out and only one was ‘alive’. The rest were dead. All four sensors looked old, used and dirty. I then found out that the sensors installed are not compatible with 2023 Chevy trucks, even the replacements Mitch sent. I have asked that the sensors from the wheels I returned (they work in my truck) be sent to me and I will return the others. Waiting to hear back. Again, Mitch and Bill have been very cooperative and helpful. We will get it worked out. Mitch said they would pay for the installation of my sensors. The only things I am a little upset about is that I thought the wheels would be balanced and I didn’t expect the sensors to be used. I incurred a cost for the balancing and I was charged for used sensors. At the end of the day I would do business with Wheel Exchange again, but hopefully this feedback will help address my two concerns.
