EXCHANGE PROCESS
The wheel exchange process is designed to give your vehicle a premium upgrade with zero downtime. Here is how it works:
- Order Your Wheels: Browse our selection of OEM styles and finishes, including DuraChrome PVD and high-quality Powder-Coating. After you checkout, a fully refundable core deposit invoice will be sent to you
- Fast Shipping: We ship your newly refinished wheels directly to your door. Inside the boxes, you will find prepaid UPS return labels already waiting for you.
- Local Installation: Take your vehicle and the new wheels to any local tire shop. Have them swap your tires onto the new wheels and install them on your car.
- Return Your Cores: Place your original wheels back into the same boxes we provided, slap on the prepaid labels, and drop them off at a UPS location.
- Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your old wheels (the "cores"), your deposit is quickly and fully refunded back to your original payment method.

I am in love with my newly redone rims. They suffered some sort of curb rash and The Wheel Exchange did a fantastic job in fixing the gouges, stripped and painted the a gloss black and powdercoated them. They are beautiful! Thank you!
