Wheel exchange process

Step 1: Identify the wheels you would like to purchase.  They should be the same size and spoke pattern as the wheels you currently have.  The color (finish) can be different.

 

Step 2: Add the wheels to your shopping cart.  If you do not see the wheels your are looking for, please contact us as our inventory is constantly changing 616-777-5023.  Complete your order.

You will be invoiced for the refundable core deposit after we have confirmed you have the same size and spoke pattern wheels to return. 

 

Step 3: When your wheels arrive, keep all of the packaging, have your wheels installed.  RETURN SHIPPING LABELS WILL BE IN A WHITE ENVELOPE WITH A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE.

 

Step 4: Re-pack your old wheels in the packing your new wheels came in.  You will be responsible for any damage to wheels being returned so please ensure they are re-packed properly with the original packaging material you received.

 

Step 5: We will inspect your wheels upon arrival and issue a refund / credit for the returned wheels.
