The rims look great. One was damaged during shipping and they quickly sent a replacement, and paid for all the shipping. Would buy from again.

I am very satisfied with the PVD Chrome Coated wheels purchased for my Lexus LS500. I called directly to order and spoke with Mitch. He answered all my questions and followed through with great service. The wheels arrived quickly and in beautiful condition. My favorite tire shop did the install. Order new set of Jeep wheels to replace my 2nd wheel set that were poor. These new DuraChrome refinished wheels look beautiful and should endure the road & weather extremely well. Overall zero complaints, for price it was exceptional quality. The one small surprise was the back of wheels that had a little rougher appearance than expected, but that’s the back so no problem. The front of wheels are beautifully smooth and chrome looks gorgeous, and smooth.

Ordered a 20” chrome wheel replacement for one damaged on my F150. It was a reconditioned one but looked brand new and flawless. Paid more than I wanted to but only place I could find one.
rims look great, up close I can see orange peel look on two of the rims, but you have to look very closely and I see a couple of specs of maybe dust that got in the coating. again, you must get right up on them to see any imperfections. they balanced well when I got the tires switched. so no problems with the quality of the rims. the pictures aren't the best. cloudy day and had to drive on dirty wet roads home. they still look great. I'm very happy with the rims and the process was simple. This is really the only option for factory chrome rims if you want to keep 18". my rims are on the way back. now some rotors and calipers!

I recently purchased an exchange set of 21" Chrome Wheels and Chrome Center Caps for my 2021 Cadillac XT6 Sport from The Wheel Exchange. Mitch and all of the folks at The Wheel Exchange were excellent to deal with not the purchase of Lexus OEM Chrome Rims for our 2021 Lexus GX460 which came with 19" Blacked Out Rims . Everything was handled in a very timely manor and the product was awesome. We had a little ripple during the installation process caused by a minor buildup of finish on the inside edge of the center hub hollow and some of the lug nut wholes, but I got Mitch on the phone and he walked us through the remedy and my installer handled it with ease.
