Being from Michigan, I was able to drive to a local family owned shop, recommend by the company, to install the rims. I planned to pick the rims up from the factory and return the old ones, but they went one step further and delivered the rims to the shop and picked up the old ones! Great service at the shop, in and out in 1 hour, and my credit was refunded in full within 24 hours. The communication before and after the sale was great and the rims look outstanding!!!
